Main Ingredients

ingredientes:

1 cebolla grande

1/4 pimiento rojo ( si es muuuy grande)

1/2 pimiento verde (idem rojo)

1 batata o papa grande (lo que mas te guste)

2 tomate redondo grande o peritas

200 gr queso muzzarela o algún blando (cremoso)

1 pechuga de pollo

200 gr panceta (opcional)

salsa de soja: cantidad necesaria

sal y pimienta a gusto

aceite de oliva o de coco cant nec

Preparation

1Colar y reservar.

23- Cortar la pechuga en cubos de 3x3, y si le vas a poner panceta en cubitos o bastonsitos de 1x2 cm y el queso en cubos de 3x3 (dejalo en la heladera hasta ultimo momento si es muy blando)

3Salpimentar.

4Si no le queres poner panceta solo deja que se siga cocinando un poco mas.

5SIEMPRE por las paredes del wok asi llega caliente a la preparación.

6Recién ahi agrega el queso en cubos.

710- Fijate si nec mas sal o pimienta y disfruta!
