Main Ingredients

12 oz fresh cranberries

1 medium orange, juiced and zested

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup water

1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

4 sprigs fresh rosemary

3 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

1Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries 'pop', about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for five minutes.

2Remove rosemary sprigs (some rosemary leaves will have fallen off into the mixture which is completely fine, leave them), and puree mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.

3Stir in chia seeds, transfer to four, small mini mason jars. Store in refrigerator until ready to devour!
