Whole30 Breakfast Bowl
A Whole30-compliant, filling breakfast.

1 ripe medium banana
1 splash of almond and/or coconut milk
1 - 2 tablespoons of almond butter
1 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1Using a fork, mash the ripe banana and mix it with the eggs and milk in a small bow. Batter will remain lumpy.
2Grease a skillet with coconut oil (olive oil is a good substitute) and turn stove to medium heat. Add the lumpy batter and with a spatula, continue to mash and stir the mixture while it's cooking.
3Once cooked, remove from skillet and place into a bowl and top will almond butter and coconut flakes.
