Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread
Whole wheat, no-knead, fermented sourdough bread. Full of goodness and tastiness!

2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour (you could use all purpose)
1 1/2 cups filtered water
1/4 cup sourdough starter
1 tsp salt
1Put all the ingredients in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Mix on medium for 3 minutes. Place the dough into an oiled bowl and let sit for 6 hours or more. I mix up the dough before I go to bed and bake it in the morning. After the dough rises, flip it on to a floured cutting board. Cover it with the bowl and let sit for 30 minutes. While the dough is resting, preheat the oven with a cast iron dutch oven (pot) inside to 450 degrees. After 30 minutes, quickly re-form the ball of dough, and remove the pot from the oven. Put the dough inside and cover the pot. Cook covered for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes remove the cover and cook uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
