Whole-food Plant-based No-mayo Apple Salad
Whole Foods Plant Based Apple Salad with grapes, pears and walnuts - healthy and easy!

3 - 4 honeycrisp apples, diced
1 - 2 anjou pears, diced
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1In small bowl, combine the lemon and orange juices with the cinnamon.
2Add the fruits and walnuts, and mix together.
3Refrigerate, ideally overnight, before serving.
If you have large apples, you might want to use 3, small to medium, use 4. I'm not a huge pear fan, so I used only one. I also use a tupperware bowl with a lid and mixed together simply by shaking. Super easy and delicious!
