organic plain top whole milk yogurt

organic blackberries

organic strawberries

organic micro-greens

organic unsweetened shredded coconut

organic blueberries

organic raspberries

organic kiwi

organic dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

organic chia seeds

turmeric and pumpkin spice

Preparation

1Slice watermelon in half then slice each half into thinner slices

2Take one whole slice and slice down the middle and horizontally to make 4 triangle slices

3Place each slice on cutting board and top with yogurt (do this quickly or use really cold yogurt, because the yogurt starts to melt)

4Version 1:

5Top each slice with yogurt, strawberries, blackberries, micro greens, and turmeric.

6(You can add all different kinds of fruit, but the ones listed in the ingredients are the ones I've discovered stay on top of watermelon the best. Next, add spices to spice everything up. )

7Version 2:

8Top watermelon slices with yogurt, blackberries, and blueberries. You could also add honey to these which would be delicious!

9Version 3:

10Top watermelon slices with yogurt, kiwi, cacao nibs, raspberries, and chia seeds.

11You can get super creative with it and add veggies too! I find blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries taste delicious on top of watermelon.
