Main Ingredients

3 cups cubed, frozen watermelon

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

2 limes, juiced and zested

Preparation

1To prep, place 3 cups of cubed watermelon in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.

2Add watermelon, lime juice, lime zest, and mint into blender. Blender until slushy. If too watery, blend in ice cubes.

3Serve immediately.

Additional Notes

For a fantastic adult twist, you could add rum, tequila, or sparkling wine.
