Watermelon Mojito Mocktail
This refreshing summer sip is loaded with antioxidants, simple to whip up, and only has three ingredients. Impress your friends at your next pool party with this mocktail (why yes, you could easily turn it into an adult beverage).

3 cups cubed, frozen watermelon
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2 limes, juiced and zested
1To prep, place 3 cups of cubed watermelon in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
2Add watermelon, lime juice, lime zest, and mint into blender. Blender until slushy. If too watery, blend in ice cubes.
For a fantastic adult twist, you could add rum, tequila, or sparkling wine.
