Warm Autumn Spiced Pear Donuts

1 cup flour
1 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pear or apple sauce
1 cup finely chopped and peeled apples or pears
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
3With a mixer or whisk, combine coconut oil and brown sugar in another bowl until like and airy. Add in eggs and vanilla and whisk again. Stir in pear or applesauce and chopped fruit.
4Stir dry ingredients into wet until incorporated.
5Pour into donut or muffin tin and bake until golden brown and springy to the touch, about 25-30 minutes.
