3 cups fresh basil (packed)
3/4 cups walnuts
1/2 avocado, pitted and peeled
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/5 tbs lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic (or tbs)
4 tbs shelled hemp seeds
1/2 - 3/4 cups olive oil
4 tbs nutritional yeast
1Mix all the ingredients except the olive oil and nutritional yeast in a food processor and process until blended.
2Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until you've reached the desired consistency. You want to make sure you don't pour so much oil that it starts to separate from the mixture.
3Mix in the nutritional yeast last.
