Creamy Vegan Tomato Soup
A creamy delicious soup, full of flavor and warmth. Dairy and gluten free.

1 28oz can of organic fire roasted tomatoes in bpa free can
1 medium yellow onion, cut in chunks
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
2 1/2 cups bone broth
1 cup coconut milk
splash hot sauce
salt and pepper
1In a large pot heat up the olive oil on medium heat.
2Add onions and garlic and cook for 3 min until translucent.
3Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper.
4Cook for 8-10 min to let the flavors blend.
5Either transfer to a blender or get your immersion blender ready.
6Add maple syrup, bone broth, coconut milk.
8Season to taste.
9Serve with your favorite bread or sandwich.
