Main Ingredients

12 oz artichoke hearts

12 oz frozen spinach

8 oz vegan cream cheese

1/4 cup dairy free milk

1/2 yellow onion

1 bag of daiya brand mozzarella cheese

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic salt


1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sit Cream cheese and frozen spinach out to soften and thaw (you will have to drain water off you spinach once it is thawed)

2Chop onion and artichokes into smaller bite size pieces

3When all of the ingredients are prepped, mix together in a large mixing bowl. Add seasonings and 1/3 of the cheese.

4Put into a baking dish and sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.

5After 10 minutes is up, mix dip up and add the remainder of the cheese. Bake another 10 minutes and broil for 3-5 minutes to brown the top!

6Dip with bagel chips, veggies, or whatever else your heart desires!
