Main Ingredients

1 cup cashews

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup water

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp salt


1Let cashews soak in water preferably overnight, however, recipe will work if soaked for a minimum of two hours.

2Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix for about 5 minutes until fully mixed with a fluffy like texture.

3Put in the refrigerator for an hour to cool. Enjoy for up to two weeks.
