Main Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt


1Combine all ingredients in a dry food processor or blender

2Blend on high for 1 minute until a fine crumble forms, almost like a sand texture.

3Sprinkle on vegetables, pasta, bread, salad, or anywhere you'd use regular grated parmesan. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator for several weeks.
