Vegan Deviled Potato Bites
Vegan Deviled Eggs made with potatoes!

1 can chick peas
1 1/2 tsp garlic
12 small white potatoes
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt/pepper
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp water
1Preheat oven to 395
2Cut potatoes in half place in bowl, mix oil and salt to coat
3Arrange potatoes on baking sheet cut side up and roast for 40 minutes
4Let potatoes cool for 5 minutes and scoop out center to create a cavitiy
5Save scooped potaot for hummus filling
6In a food processor combine remaining ingredients: chick peas, garlic, scooped out potatoes, dijon mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, tahini, salt/pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, turmeric, water, blend until smooth and creamy
7Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with start tip and pipe into potato
8Sprinkle with Paprika and serve
