Upside Down Pizza
Here's a twist on family pizza night! Upside down pizza incorporates all your favourite pizza ingredients into a yummy casserole!

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped peppers-green or yellow
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp white sugar
grated mozzarella cheese
3 eggs 1 cup milk
2 tbsp oil
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
fresh parmesan cheese
1Preheat oven to 375F
2Scramble fry found beef in skillet. Add onions and peppers and sauce together until vegetables are soft.
3Add chopped zucchini, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and and white sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.
4Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Arrange pepperoni slices in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
5Spread the beef and vegetable mixture on top.
6Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
7Spoon half the amount of pizza sauce over the cheese. Set aside.
8For the Crust: Mix together the eggs and milk until frothy. Add cooking oil and mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
9Pour crust mixture over casserole.
10Bake for 20 minutes.
11Remove from oven and if desired cover with more pizza sauce and fresh parmesan cheese. Place back in on broil until cheese is golden and bubbly.
