Turmeric Tonic Shot

If you need an energy boost, this wellness shot provides a natural dose of energy and supports gentle detoxification. I usually run these ingredients through my juicer but a power blender or immersion blender works just fine too!

Main Ingredients

2 cups coconut water

1 ounce freshly grated turmeric

1/2 ounce freshly grated ginger (peeled)

1 lemon, juiced

1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt

1 tablespoons raw honey


1Add Coconut water, ginger and turmeric into blender. Blend on medium/high speed until ginger and turmeric are finely shredded.

2Strain the liquid through a strainer into a glass jar ( I'm particularly partial to mason jars)

3Add honey, lemon juice and , sea salt, to taste

Additional Notes

It is suggested that Turmeric is better absorbed in our bodies when eating with a healthy fat, so you may try this with your favorite clean meal.
