1/3 cup pumpkin seeds/pepitas
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup creamy nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 - 4 tbsp sweetener (agave/honey/maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 5 tbsp and a half scoops vanilla protein-this is equal to (i used nuzest and you can too with code press15)
2 tbsp of collagen peptides (i used further food)
