Turmeric Latte

Heat coconut milk on medium heat till it is warm, not letting it come to a boil. Once milk is warmed add to the blender with all other ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top. To make it more exotic you can also sprinkle cardamon & nutmeg. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 tsp turmeric (powder)

2 tsp raw honey (vegan option use maple syrup)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp coconut oil

pinch of black pepper

optional: cardamom & nutmeg

Additional Notes

If you don't have canned coconut milk, coconut milk from a carton works fine!

*wash your blender RIGHT away because the turmeric can stain the blender cup
