Main Ingredients

1 .5 lb extra lean ground turkey

2 large eggs

1/2 cup ezekiel crumbs

1 can tomato paste (low-sodium)

1/2 cup onion (chopped)

1 - 2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Put ground turkey in a medium sized bowl.

3To make Ezekiel bread crumbs put Ezekiel bread ends into a Bullet or processor and blend until it turns into crumbs. Add 1/2 cup crumbs to ground turkey.

4Add eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp Tomato paste, and the rest of the seasoning.

5Mix all the ingredients well and pour into a glass baking dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray.

6Spread the remaining Tomato paste over the top of the turkey loaf and cover with tin foil or glass lid.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
