Tuna Stuffed Avocado
Scoop out avocado leaving the “bowl” to be used for stuffing. Place the scooped avocado in small mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add tuna, red pepper, jalapenos, lime vitality oil, and salt, and stir until well mixed. Scoop tuna mixture into the avocado bowls.

1 large avocado
1 can tuna in oil (drained)
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 t diced jalapeno peppers
4 drops young living lime vitality oil
1/4 t salt

2Place the scooped avocado in small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
3Add tuna, red pepper, jalapenos, lime vitality oil, and salt, and stir until well mixed.
4Scoop tuna mixture into the avocado bowls.
It is best to use tuna packed in oil rather than tuna packed in water. The flavor is better, and oil packed tuna has less cholesterol.
