Tropical Smoothie Bowl, In A Pineapple!

1 - cup of frozen blueberries
1 - cup of unsweetened acai
1 - cup of frozen mango
1 - cup of frozen cauliflower rice
1 - cup of unsweetened cranberry juice
1 - cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 - cup of ice
1 - tropical gold pineapple
toppings: you can use any toppings you want
1 - quest nutrition blueberry muffin protein bar
unsweetened shredded coconut chips
dark chocolate chips
pumpkin spice - cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and cinnamon
1Add all wet ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and creamy
2Pour the smoothie into the hallowed out pineapple bowl and add toppings of choice (see note below for how to hollow out a pineapple)
3Take 1 huge pineapple and chop down the middle in half.
4Take a slotted spoon and hollow out the pineapple until all of the fruit is hollowed out. Set pineapple fruit aside, or better yet, add it to this smoothie bowl!
