Tropical Green Smoothie
An addicting and refreshing way to get your daily dose of dark leafy greens!

1 1/2 cups greek nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups frozen or fresh pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices
3 cups fresh spinach or baby kale (gently packed)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (with about grams fat per cup—available in shelf stable and refrigerated cartons)
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1Add all of the ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add a packet or two of alternative sweetener if desired to boost the sweetness.
2Pour into two large cups and serve!
