Main Ingredients

2 pounds ground turkey

2 tbsp basil (i used dried and it tastes fine)

2 tbsp finely chopped oil-packed dried tomatoes (sun dried tomatoes)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

4 oz fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced (have never used this with mine to be honest)

8 hamburger buns

2 cups arugula

1 recipe pesto mayonnaise (this will change your life! skip the bun and add this! )

1 yellow sweet pepper, roasted and cut into strips
