Main Ingredients

1 large, fresh tomato, sliced

1 large cucumber, seeds removed, diced

1 1/2 cups plain, non-fat yogurt

1 handful of fresh dill, chopped

1 juice of lemon

6 slices of freshly baked, crusty bread

2 cloves garlic, cut in half

good quality olive oil for drizzling

salt

freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation
