It's a recipe for a homemade foot balm and though it's delicious, I wouldn't eat it.

Main Ingredients

1/2 ounce beeswax

1 ounce shea butter

1 ounce coconut oil

3 ounces nourishing oil- jojoba, apricot, almond, olive.

12 drops lavender essential oil

12 drops peppermint essential oil

10 drops eucalyptus globulus essential oil

10 drops helichrysum essential oil

8 drops melaleuca (tea tree) essential oil

6 drops rosemary essential oil


1Melt the beeswax in a double boiler, or a pyrex measuring cup sitting in a pan of water with the heat turned to med-high.

2When the beeswax is melted, add the shea butter and the coconut oil. Melt them with the beeswax and stir to mix.

3Remove from the heat.

4Add the nourishing oil and stir.

5Add the essential oils (feel free to mix and match as you like).
