Main Ingredients

2 cups of self-rising flour

1/4 cup of solid coconut oil (not melted)

3/4 cup of coconut milk

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 425

2Add two cups of self-rising flour and coconut oil to a mixing bowl

3Using a fork, cut the coconut oil into the flour until the flour becomes fine crumbs

4Sir in your milk to form the dough. You might need to use your hands to combine the mixture

5Dust a cutting board with more self-rising flour. Place the dough on the cutting board and roll our to desired thickness

6Use either a biscuit cutter or the lid to your coconut oil (thats what I used) to cut out the biscuits

7Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Additional Notes

You can use any kind of milk you want, I've found that coconut milk works best.
