Main Ingredients

150 g glutinous rice flour like mochiko

150 g silken tofu

3 tbs sugar

1 tsp matcha powder or yomogi

2 - 3 drops pink food coloring

Preparation

1Mix together the rice flour, tofu, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until a dough forms

2Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and place each part into separate bowls

3Add the teaspoon of Matcha powder (or Yomogi) to one part and mix well to combine

4Add 2-3 drops of pink food coloring to another part and mix well to combine

5Roll each color into smaller, even-sized balls. Should make about 6 of each color

6Add dango balls to boiling water and remove with slotted spoon when the balls begin to float to the top of the water and place in cold water

7Place one of each color on skewer and repeat until they are done
