Thin Mint Shake

half frozen banana
5 large mint leaves
1 drop peppermint extract (optional)
handful of spinach
1 scoop chocolate shakeo
2 ice cubes
1 cup water
1Add all ingredients to blender (I use a NutriBullet) and blend until smooth!
2Note on the mint: I definitely recommend adding fresh mint and using the extract sparingly! A little adds an extra pop of flavor, but any more and it’ll taste medicinal (trust me, I speak from experience 😂)
