The Ultimate Green Superfood Smoothie
This satisfying, thick and delicious green smoothie packs a nutritional punch because it’s loaded with SuperFoods! Enjoy it for breakfast, as a meal replacement or after a workout.

1 lrg kale leaf (stem removed) – about cup
1/2 c frozen wild blueberries
1 inch fresh ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp maca
1 tsp raw honey
1/2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 scoop fermented vanilla protein powder, cup of plain greek yogurt
1 with probiotics or tbsp kefir
1 1/2 - 2 c coconut water or 1 tetra box (330 ml)
ice cubes (optional)
1Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a large glass with a glass or stainless steel straw and enjoy!
