Main Ingredients

1 banana

1 egg

1/3 cups oats

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp maple syrup / sweetener

1 tbsp of water or milk

pinch of salt

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

spray oil

Preparation

1Put the oats in a food processor and process until they turn into a fine powder.

2Put the rest of the ingredients, except for the spray oil, into the food processor to make a smooth batter.

3Spray a non-stick pan with the oil on medium-high heat and pour the batter into the pan to create whatever size pancakes you like.

4Let cook on one side until bubbles form on top and around the edges (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook on the second side for about 2 more minutes until golden brown on both sides.

5Plate your completed pancakes with your favourite toppings and serve immediately.

Additional Notes

Optional: Add cinnamon, pumpkin spice or vanilla into the batter for extra flare and flavour.
