The Best Ever Pancakes
Super easy and delicious pancakes! Make a big batch and freeze the extras for a quick any morning breakfast!

3 cups milk
8 tablespoons white vinegar
4 cups all purpose flour
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons kosher salt
4 large eggs
8 tablespoons butter, melted
1Combine milk and vinegar and let sit (sour) for 5 minutes.
2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs and butter into the soured milk.
3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until combined.
4Heat griddle to 350 degrees or use a large skillet over medium heat. Pout 1/2 cup of batter for large pancakes or 1/4 cup for smaller pancakes onto liberally buttered griddle and brown both sides. You will know the pancakes are ready to flip with there are air bubbles starting to pop and you see some brown around the edges.
5Top with whipped cream, fruit and syrup if you're feeling it!
