Thai Ginger And Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

1 1/2 cup oil (olive oil, avocado, coconut)
1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 tsp fresh squeeze lime juice
1 tbs honey
1 Clove minced garlic
1 tsp fresh, minced ginger
1 - 2 tbs fresh basil
1 - 2 tbs fresh mint
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs fish sauce (substitute soy sauce, but not as good)
1Whisk all of the ingredients together. Preferably use an immersion/stick blender.
Shelf live is two weeks. Remember, garlic stored in olive oil is not safe after a couple of weeks (even in the fridge). But you'll eat this dressing much faster than two weeks.
