Tapenade Sauce Made With Essential Oils
My favorite way to eat tapenade is as a topping for turkey burgers that have been stuffed with goat cheese.

1 cup pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons capers
2 - 4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 drop black pepper vitality essential oil
1 - 2 drops lemon vitality essential oil
1Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency - combined, but slightly chunky.
This sauce is great on poultry and fish as well as used as a topping for crusty bread.
