Tahini Bowl + Homemade Tahini Dressing

Main Ingredients

veggies: mango, cucumber, red pepper, kale micro greens, spinach, radish, parsley and avocado

1/3 cup slivered almonds

1 tsp salt (i used pink himalayan)

1 tsp pepper

2 - 3 cups cooked banza pasta

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp tamari soy sauce

1 tsp fresh ground ginger (i used crushed ginger from a jar)

1/2 tsp honey

1/2 - 1 squeezed lime (or more for added flavor)

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil (optional)


1Chop all your veggies (except for spinach + set aside).

2Cook your Banza pasta according to package instructions.

3Make the dressing: Whisk together Tahini, Tamari, garlic powder, 1/2 the salt, 1/2 the pepper, ginger, honey, lime juice, water, apple cider vinegar and optional sesame oil.

4Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse w/warm water. Option to drizzle w/a little olive oil + salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

5Build your salad by layering all the veggies over a bed of spinach. Make room for drained and rinsed pasta to add in.

6Drizzle your Tahini Dressing over top and garnish with slivered almonds + salt and pepper to taste. Add a protein of your choice and eat up!

Additional Notes

This veggie bowl is packed with nutrients and has loads of flavor! You can always add in a protein of your liking. Salmon or chicken would be delish!
