Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
An alternative to the usual, fruit-laden smoothie bowls.

1 medium baked sweet potato
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1Scoop the insides out of the baked sweet potato and add the next two ingredients into a large bowl.
2Mix until well combined
3Spoon mixture into a serving bowl and top with remaining ingredients or whatever your heart fancies!
