Main Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats (old fashioned)

1 cup roasted, salted peanuts, roughly chopped

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup strawberry jam

1/4 cup coconut oil


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Pour oats onto a rimmed baking sheet and toast for 10-15 minutes (until they smell nice and toasty), stirring occasionally.

3While the oats are toasting, combine the wet ingredients.

4Remove oats from oven and turn oven off. Drizzle the toasted oats with the peanut butter and jelly mixture and add in peanuts. Stir on baking sheet or in a large bowl until well combined.

5Place the baking sheet back in the oven and let it sit for 5-8 minutes. I like my granola a little chewy, so I remove right at 5. Leave it in a little longer for more crunch.
