Sweet Beet Dip
Drain cashews. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until the consistency is even. Serve on toast, with veggies, with oats, chia pudding, possibilities are endless! Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.

1 cup cashews soaked for at least an hour in warm water
200 grams or 7 oz of steamed beets (this is about 1 pack of melissa's organic brand of pre-steamed or trader joe's brand of pre-steamed)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup tahini
1.5 tsp cinnamon
2 optional: scoops of collagen (i have a link and discount to the brand i like below)
