Main Ingredients

5 slices bacon

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cups canned corn

1 cup diced cooked potatoes

1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

2 - 1/2 cups milk

1 tsp salt


1Cook bacon till crisp in large saucepan.

2Remove bacon; pour off drippings, returning 3 Tbsps to pan.

3Add onion and cook till lightly browned.

4Add remaining ingredients and dash pepper.

5Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for one minute.
