Superbowl Ravioli Nachos
A great twist on your standard superbowl nachos, this Superbowl Ravioli Nachos recipe uses lobster ravioli rather than tortilla chips. This recipe will satisfy all the of the foodies at your Superbowl party!

1 - 18 oz pkg any three bridges family sized ravioli
1 - 15 oz three bridges heirloom marinara sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
6 oz sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and lemon juice.
3In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with salt & pepper.
4Sprinkle mix over ravioli.
5Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
6Sprinkle all toppings over toasted Ravioli. Warm in oven.
To Serve: Dip in Three Bridges Marinara Sauce
