Main Ingredients

2 conventional bell peppers (*vinegar soak)

4 organic carrots

1 lb organic broccoli

1/4 tsp organic pepper

2 tbsp vegetable stock

1/2 cup water


1Cut Broccoli spears into small tree like florets.

2Peel the Carrots with a vegetable peeler. Cut off both the top and the end of the carrots, then chop into even coin pieces or use a vegetable slicer.

3Cut top off of each bell pepper and take out the seeds. Cut the bell pepper in half and then cut into thin strips.

4Heat the cooking pan with medium high heat.

5Pour the Vegetable stock in the pan. Throw all vegetables in the cooking pan.

6Stir continually for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add in 1/4 cup water, place the lid on the cooking pan and let steam for 3 minutes. (NOTE: If there are too many vegetables for your pan, do in batches.)

7After the 3 minutes remove from heat, season with pepper and either serve or store!

Additional Notes

BONUS ADDITIONS: Add Garlic and/or any other Veggie or Organic Seasoning Mix...
