1 lb strawberries
1 pint blueberries
3 small lemons
1 cup full fat coconut milk (from the can)
splash of vanilla extract
4 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1Mix 1 LB Strawberries with 2 TBSP of Maple Syrup and the juice of one Lemon in your blender and pour 1/3 of the way up into your Popsicle Mold
2Put molds in freezer for 5-10 minutes
3Rinse Your Blender
4Mix 1 Cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk with 2 TBSP of Maple Syrup and a splash of vanilla in your blender
5Pour another third of the way up in your popsicle molds
6Return them to the freezer for 5-10 minutes
7Rinse Your Blender
8Mix 1 Pint of Blueberries with 1/4 Tsp of Baking Soda and the juice of one Lemon in your Blender
9Fill remaining third of popsicle molds with the Blueberry Blend and Put lids in molds
10Return to the freezer for 2 hours
11Rinse molds under hot water for 30 seconds, remove popsicles and enjoy
