Super-fast Runner's Turmeric Smoothie
turmeric is easily the mvp of my kitchen and medicine cabinet—anti-inflammatory curcumin is well-researched for it's many health benefits. we're talking improved circulation, cancer-fighting properties, and pain relief that rivals most over-the-counter medications. what i love about it? chugging recovery smoothies makes me faster—and you know i love going fast.

1 teaspoon turmeric
2 inch cube of fresh ginger, sliced
4 oz of coconut water
4 oz aloe water
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
2 tablespoons mct or coconut oil
1 tablespoon golden berries (for sweetness)
1throw all ingredients into a vitamix and blend, blend, blend! garnish with bee pollen, try not to take too many pictures for instagram.
