Main Ingredients

1 - 1.5 cups of coffee, brewed

1/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or desired amount of milk)

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon collagen peptides (optional)

1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract


1Brew coffee.

2Add coffee and remaining ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.

3Note: peppermint extract is very concentrated so you'll only need a very small amount - start small and test first. If you want a more minty flavour, add a little more. Collagen peptides will add some protein but can be omitted without affecting taste if you do not have it on hand.
