Sugar-free Fruity Coconut Pops (keto, Gluten-free, Gelatin-free, Vegan, Sugar-free)

In my journey to conquer my sugar cravings for good, I conjured up the most utterly divine sweet fruit popsicles! I named them ‘Power Pops’, because they are so good for you too! They are ridiculously easy to make, sugar-free, low carb and easy on the wallet!

Main Ingredients

1 (13.5 oz) can of coconut milk

1 pound of frozen mixed fruit, thawed (i like to use a combo of peaches, mango, pineapple, and strawberries or a blend of dark berries)

2 drops of sweet drops liquid stevia-vanilla creme (or to taste)


1Blend all ingredients together until smooth, then pour into popsicles molds and freeze for at least 6-7 hours.

Additional Notes
