Stuffed Dates

Wash all this shit.  Dry gently, but thoroughly. Cut each date about 1/4" deep length wise, and pit. (Toss pits, then put the partially sliced dates to the side).  Don't cut the date all the way around so that it becomes two separate pieces.  You want the date to stay attached, creating a sort of pocket. Stuff them dates, yo.  Take whole blueberries (or you can dice 'em) a. . .

Main Ingredients:

dates

blueberries (or whatever is in season)

raspberries (or whatever is in season)

or whatever. you're the king!

Preparation

1Wash all this shit.  Dry gently, but thoroughly.

2Cut each date about 1/4" deep length wise, and pit. (Toss pits, then put the partially sliced dates to the side).  Don't cut the date all the way around so that it becomes two separate pieces.  You want the date to stay attached, creating a sort of pocket.

3Stuff them dates, yo.  Take whole blueberries (or you can dice 'em) and mix them (or don't) with halved raspberries (so they fit) and push them gently into place so you don't break them.  And then WHAMO. Healthy.  Easy.  Dessert.  You're welcome.
