Main Ingredients

3 pints strawberries sliced in half

1/2 cup honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

1Place all ingredients in your blender or ninja.

2Blend until smooth.

3Pour two cups at a time onto fruit trays.

4Spread evenly.

5Stack fruit trays according to your dehydrator's directions.

6Turn dehydrator on and let sit for 6-8 hours, checking periodically to ensure that they are dehydrating evenly.

7Peel finished leathers from trays and wrap in parchment paper.

Additional Notes

You can cut your leathers into strips or into fun shapes. Roll them up and store them in an airtight container. They should last for up to one month.
