Strawberry Bruschetta Pasta

1 Box of farfalle pasta
2 organic avocados
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1/2 cup organic baby spinach
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1In a large pot over medium heat, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
2While the pasta is cooking, rinse and chop the spinach, basil, and strawberries. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cut into small pieces as well.
3When the pasta is done, drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a large serving bowl.
4Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the pasta and stir to combine. Stir in the spinach, basil, avocado, and strawberries until coated with the balsamic mixture. Place in the refrigerator to chill until you are ready to serve.
5Keep extras in the refrigerator, covered.
