Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Bowl
Packed with whole grains and fiber - this oatmeal bowl is so creamy and fluffy and leaves you feeling satisfied for hours. Perfect for breakfast or snack any day of the week. If you don't have strawberries, you can easily swap out for whatever berry or frozen fruit you have.

1 cup old fashioned oats
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch ground clove
pinch sea salt
3 cups water or non-dairy milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1Bring water to a gentle boil in a medium saucepan. Combine oats, banana (less a few slices for topping) cinnamon, nutmeg, ground clove, and sea salt into the boiling water. Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The bananas will slowly breakdown and turn creamy with the oats.
2Once oats are cooked, serve into two bowls. Top with strawberries, banana slices, shredded coconut, and peanut butter. Serve immediately.
This recipe is easily adaptable. If you would like to top with shredded coconut, walnuts, raisins, or anything else you may desire.
