Broccoli for breakfast?! This recipe makes a beautiful side dish, a vegetarian/vegan meal option and it’s even delicious as a "Plantiful" breakfast option!

1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp tamari
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1Fill a pot with a few inches of water and insert a streamer basket on top. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the steamer basket. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and cover with a lid. Steam for 4-5 minutes until fork tender.
2Remove the broccoli from heat and transfer to a medium bowl. Add coconut oil and combine until melted. Add tamari and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top!
