Sriracha Ranch Chicken Drumsticks
These drumsticks are so juicy and delicious, you may want to double to recipe so you can go back for seconds. The skin is so crispy, you'll never believe it's not fried.

3 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp ranch seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
4 - 5 1 lb chicken drumsticks (about )
1Preheat oven to 375.
2Lay the chicken out on a towel or paper towel. Thoroughly pat dry so skin will be able to crisp when cooked.
3Once dry, place the chicken in a bowl.
4Drizzle with olive oil, sriracha, and ranch seasoning.
5Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
6Spread chicken out on a baking sheet.
7Cook chicken for 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
This is also great on the grill. Start out on indirect heat (top rack) for 45 minutes, then move to direct heat for the final 20-30 minutes. This allows the chicken to cook slowly without burning the skin. This recipe works best with drumsticks, but you can substitute wings, breasts, or thighs. To increase the spice, add a little extra sriracha.
